Alek Kaknevicius started Cuong Nhu in 2009 during his time at the University of Florida. He also cross trains in Wing Chun Kung Fu and does Crossfit at Mental Giants (where we will be hosting classes!).

Kaylyn Kraus joined Cuong Nhu in 2010 while attending the University of Florida. She also has experience with other styles of martial arts (such as Hapkido and Wing Chun) and has spent the last few years developing her yoga practice and weightlifting routine.
