What is Cuong Nhu?

Founded in Vietnam in 1965 by O'Sensei Ngo Dong, Cuong Nhu is a unique system of martial arts that incorporates elements from 7 styles of martials arts from hard and soft styles.

Our curriculum covers a wide variety of techniques, from striking and kicking to locking, throwing, and weapons.

Today, the Cuong Nhu Martial Arts Association has grown into a federally recognized, nonprofit organization. Red Wolf Dojo was established in 2018, and it is the only operating dojo for Cuong Nhu in the state of Texas. Our school is run by two instructors who have over 20 years of combined experience in martial arts.
